Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made from Mint Pokemon Mystery Box, a Pokémon mystery box ecommerce store owned and operated by Multiverse Comics LLC.

By placing an order, checking out, submitting payment, or purchasing from Mint Pokemon Mystery Box, you agree to this Refund and Returns Policy.

All Mystery Box Sales Are Final

Because Mint Pokemon Mystery Box sells mystery box products, all mystery box sales are final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges for mystery boxes based on:

  • Customer preference
  • Disappointment with the contents received
  • Duplicate items
  • Perceived value
  • Resale value
  • Market value changes
  • Not receiving a specific chase item
  • Not receiving a specific card, pack, grade, set, character, or product

Mystery boxes are chance-based products built around surprise, limited inventory, and unique product combinations. By purchasing a mystery box, you understand that the contents may vary from box to box.

No Guaranteed Value Unless Stated

Unless a product page clearly states a guaranteed value, guaranteed item, guaranteed grade, guaranteed pack, guaranteed card, or guaranteed minimum value, no specific value or item is promised.

Photos, examples, advertisements, promotional graphics, and social media posts may show possible items, featured items, chase items, or examples of inventory. These examples are for illustration and marketing purposes only and do not guarantee that every customer will receive those items.

Market values for Pokémon cards, sealed products, collectibles, graded cards, and trading card products can change at any time. Mint Pokemon Mystery Box and Multiverse Comics LLC are not responsible for market value changes before, during, or after your purchase.

Opened Mystery Boxes

Opening a mystery box means the product has been accepted by the buyer and is no longer eligible for return.

Opened mystery boxes, opened packs, opened products, altered items, used items, tampered items, or resealed items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Exchange Window for Damaged Items

In limited cases, Mint Pokemon Mystery Box may offer an exchange if an item is damaged during shipping.

Our exchange window lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange.

Exchanges are approved at the discretion of Mint Pokemon Mystery Box and Multiverse Comics LLC.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, all of the following must apply:

  • The item must be unused.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, bag, box, sleeve, case, or protective holder when applicable.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.
  • You must provide clear photos of the damage.
  • You must contact us before sending anything back.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any exchange request after reviewing the order, photos, product condition, packaging, and other relevant information.

Damaged Packaging

Damage to the outer shipping box, mailer, or packaging does not automatically qualify for an exchange if the product inside was not damaged.

Minor cosmetic wear to packaging, manufacturer packaging, card wrappers, boxes, or collectible packaging may not qualify for an exchange, especially when the item remains sealed, usable, collectible, or otherwise intact.

Graded Cards and Slabbed Items

If a graded card or slabbed collectible arrives with a cracked CGC, CBCS, PSA, Beckett, or other grading case, we may offer a partial refund, exchange, replacement, or reholder assistance at our discretion.

We are not responsible for grading company decisions, grading standards, grade changes, regrading outcomes, reholder outcomes, or delays caused by third-party grading companies.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Mystery boxes
  • Opened products
  • Opened packs
  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Discounted items
  • Promotional items
  • Coupon purchases
  • Limited-time offers
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Downloadable products
  • Software products
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without approval
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Items that have been opened, altered, used, tampered with, or resealed

Non-Mystery Box Items

In rare cases, we may accept a return or exchange for a non-mystery box item at our discretion.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition received, and in its original packaging.

Approval is not guaranteed.

Proof of Purchase Required

To request an exchange, approved return, replacement, partial refund, or any other order review, you must provide a receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase.

We cannot process any exchange, replacement, partial refund, return request, or order review without proof of purchase.

Do Not Send Items Back Without Approval

Please do not send any item back to us without first receiving approval.

Items sent back without approval may be refused, delayed, lost in inventory, or returned at the customer’s expense.

Mint Pokemon Mystery Box and Multiverse Comics LLC are not responsible for unauthorized returns.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please email us using the contact form on our Contact Us page.

Please include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The item you received
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you whether your exchange request has been approved or denied.

If approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.

Inspection and Approval

Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received it and whether the exchange has been accepted.

If the returned item does not match the approved request, is missing packaging, appears used, appears altered, appears tampered with, or does not meet the requirements of this policy, we may deny the exchange.

Replacement Items

If your exchange is approved after inspection, a replacement item will be shipped within 15 business days, subject to available inventory.

Replacement items may not be identical to the original item unless the same item is available.

Because mystery box inventory is limited and constantly changing, we reserve the right to provide a comparable replacement at our discretion.

Refunds

Mystery box purchases are not refundable.

Refunds are only issued in rare cases at the sole discretion of Mint Pokemon Mystery Box and Multiverse Comics LLC.

If a refund is approved, shipping costs are non-refundable. If return shipping, replacement shipping, payment processing costs, or other costs apply, those amounts may be deducted from the refund.

Sale and Clearance Items

Sale items, discounted items, promotional items, coupon purchases, limited-time offers, and clearance items are final sale.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on sale or clearance items.

Return Shipping

If your exchange or return is approved, you will receive return shipping instructions after your request has been reviewed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise in writing.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

Mint Pokemon Mystery Box and Multiverse Comics LLC are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier for delivery issues, lost package claims, stolen package concerns, or misdelivery concerns.

Address Errors

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Mint Pokemon Mystery Box, you agree to this Refund and Returns Policy and acknowledge that mystery box sales are final.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your order does not override this Refund and Returns Policy.

We reserve the right to provide order records, tracking information, product descriptions, checkout agreements, customer communications, and policy acceptance records to payment processors, banks, credit card companies, and dispute resolution services.

Policy Changes

Mint Pokemon Mystery Box and Multiverse Comics LLC reserve the right to update, modify, or change this Refund and Returns Policy at any time.

The version posted on our website at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.
