Mystery Box Products
Mystery boxes are chance-based products built around surprise, limited inventory, and unique product combinations. By purchasing a mystery box, you understand and agree that you may not receive a specific card, pack, product, grade, character, set, chase item, or advertised example unless it is clearly guaranteed on the product page.
Customer preference, disappointment, duplicate items, perceived value, resale value, market changes, or not receiving a specific chase item does not qualify for a return, refund, cancellation, or exchange.
No Guaranteed Value Unless Stated
Unless a product page clearly states a guaranteed value, guaranteed item, guaranteed grade, guaranteed pack, guaranteed card, or guaranteed minimum value, no specific value or item is promised.
Market values for Pokémon cards, sealed products, collectibles, graded cards, and trading card products can change at any time. We are not responsible for changes in market value before, during, or after your purchase.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, cancel listings, correct errors, or refuse orders when necessary.

Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier for delivery issues, lost package claims, stolen package concerns, or misdelivery concerns.
Address Errors
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Because our products are mystery box products, all mystery box sales are final unless otherwise stated in this policy.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for mystery boxes because:
- Mystery boxes are chance-based products.

- Each box may contain different items.
- Product values may vary from box to box.
- Customer preference, disappointment, duplicate items, perceived value, or not receiving a specific chase item does not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange.
Opening a mystery box means the product has been accepted by the buyer and is no longer eligible for return.
Exchanges for Damaged Items
In limited cases, Mint Pokemon Mystery Box may offer an exchange if an item is damaged during shipping.
Our exchange window lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, bag, box, sleeve, case, or protective holder when applicable.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- You must provide clear photos of the damage.

Damaged Packaging
Damage to the outer shipping box, mailer, or packaging does not automatically qualify for an exchange if the product inside was not damaged.
Minor cosmetic wear to packaging, manufacturer packaging, card wrappers, boxes, or collectible packaging may not qualify for an exchange, especially when the item remains sealed, usable, collectible, or otherwise intact.
Graded Cards and Slabbed Items
If a graded card or slabbed collectible arrives with a cracked CGC, CBCS, PSA, Beckett, or other grading case, we may offer a partial refund, exchange, replacement, or reholder assistance at our discretion.
We are not responsible for grading company decisions, grading standards, grade changes, regrading outcomes, reholder outcomes, or delays caused by third-party grading companies.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Mystery boxes
- Opened products
- Sale items
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Downloadable products
- Software products
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items returned without approval
- Items missing original packaging
- Items that have been opened, altered, used, tampered with, or resealed
Non-Mystery Box Items
In rare cases, we may accept a return or exchange for a non-mystery box item at our discretion.
To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition received, and in its original packaging.
Approval is not guaranteed.
Proof of Purchase Required
To request an exchange or approved return, you must provide a receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase.
We cannot process any exchange, replacement, partial refund, or return request without proof of purchase.
Do Not Send Items Back Without Approval

Exchange Process

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you whether your exchange has been approved or denied.
If approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received it and whether the exchange has been accepted.
If your exchange is approved after inspection, a replacement item will be shipped within 15 business days, subject to available inventory.
Replacement Items
Replacement items may not be identical to the original item unless the same item is available.
Because mystery box inventory is limited and constantly changing, we reserve the right to provide a comparable replacement at our discretion.
Refunds
Mystery box purchases are not refundable.
Refunds are only issued in rare cases at the sole discretion of Mint Pokemon Mystery Box and Multiverse Comics LLC.
If a refund is approved, shipping costs are non-refundable. If return shipping, replacement shipping, or other costs apply, those amounts may be deducted from the refund.
Sale and Clearance Items
Sale items, discounted items, promotional items, coupon purchases, limited-time offers, and clearance items are final sale.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on sale or clearance items.
Return Shipping
